Additional remarks:

For me, Lincoln-Douglas is truly a debate centered on the ethics of the topic, and so framework is incredibly relevant.  I value effective summarization, grouping of arguments, and a central clash within a debate round that firmly links back to the value and value criterion.  Debate is inherently a communication activity, so arguments must be communicated effectively and explicitly by each competitor.  I care more about logic of arguments than what some "expert" on the internet may have said.  I also care more about the arguments made in response to a round than pre-written cases.  I value arguments that further the conversation rather than simply repeating previous points.
