Additional remarks:
I will judge the round that is in front of me. Yes, I have preferences, but you should provide a framework for me as your judge. Otherwise, I tend to default as policymaker and will vote for the best policy in the round. Be fair. Be kind. Be respectful. I don't care how great you're doing in the round - if you're rude it will be a struggle to win my ballot. Explain why your arguments win. I expect good clash from both sides. Speed is generally fine, but don't go fast in an attempt to leave the other side in the dust. K's are also fine, but explain them and how my ballot should be used. Will I vote on T? I have, but it has to be blatant or dropped to matter.
