We are hosting a live Halloween tournament to fill in the gap in the WDCA schedule.

This is a no-frills style event. No standard awards, bring your own sack lunch or arrange for someone to bring you some food. And to that end, no fees. Just bring judges. We definitely need judges, even an extra one would be awesome.

We're just set up for in person PF right now. I'd love to host the other events if folks are interested, but I know Madison might be a bit for a last minute drive. Plus, West Bend is hosting online on Halloween'een and there's no travel needed for that one!

The plan will to open the school for gathering at 8:00 and hopefully get underway by 8:30 or so. We'll take a short lunch break after round 3, and try to be all wrapped up by 3:30 or so.

If a school is a large portion of the pool, they may be asked to split into a A and B squad, and/or judges may judge their own school's entries if they have limited conflicts.
