This year we will hold Individual Events for Speech/Interp on Friday November 6th and then we will hold Novice Debate on Saturday. Here is the tentative schedule for the tournament:

Friday: Individual Events/Interp

11:00 - Registration opens

11:45 - General Meeting

12:00 - Round 1 Extemp Draw Round 1 RT and INFO

12:30 - Round 1 IE'S

1:30 - Round 2 Extemp Draw Round 2 RT and INFO

2:00 - Round 2 IE'S

3:00 - Round 3 Extemp Draw Round 3 RT and INFO

3:30 - Round 3 IE's

4:30 - 5:30 - Dinner

5:30 - Final Round Extemp Draw. Final Round RT and INFO

6:00 - Final Rounds IE's

7:30 - Awards

Saturday: Novice Debate

9:00 - Round 1

10:30 - Round 2

11:45 - Round 3

12:30 - Lunch

1:30 - Round 4 (powered)

3:00 - Round 5 (powered)

4:15 - Awards

Events that we will be having at the tournament: DI, HI, Duo, POI, Storytelling, Extemp US, Novice Extemp, Extemp IX, Poetry, Original Oratory Novice, Original Oratory Varsity, Informative, Reader’s Theatre. For Debate on Saturday, we will have Novice PF, Novice LD

Dinner and Brunch: We will be serving up the yummies for dinner on Friday and for Brunch/Lunch on Saturday. We will have the usual Pumpkin Cobbler, THE Debate Brownies, and THE Mac and Cheese. But if you will let me know what drinks your team would like and any other foods, I would love that. If you know me, I try to keep bellies fed and smiles wide. Just email and let me know choices, in general. I will do my best!
