No Cross Entry between Speech/ debate
We are happy to be able to offer both speech and debate events this year, but because of our late release time we will not be able to accommodate double entry between speech and debate events.

Judge Requirements
Since all rounds will happen at the same time judges will go into one pool and then assigned into events randomly. If you have an event that you have expertise in, please fill in the comment section so we can place you in your best event if possible. With one pool of judges we cannot set tabroom to auto calculate judge burdens between debate and speech so we will have manually adjust them after entry. Senior/Junior debaters can serve as judges in the novice division. Please indicate their student status in the notes. We will be assigning judges on tabroom and then issuing paper ballots for the ease of community judges.

Judge burdens will be as follows:
Speech events - 1 judge per 6 entries
Debate events - 1 judge per 3 entries

Concessions
We will have small concessions on Saturday and we will offer a prepaid pizza lunch for students that can be purchase with your entry. See the pizza lunch tab to the right for more information.

WiFi/ Campus Specifications
We have a public wifi that is available to use for competitors and judges. Our campus has an outdoor college like feel, so competitors will have ample space to hang out between rounds.
