We are so excited to welcome you to our beautiful campus! Please join us as we continue to build our legacy in the speech and debate world.

We are a NIETOC bid tournament in all qualifying events! We will be offering all TFA qualifying events, as well as supplemental events Poetry, Prose, and Impromptu Speaking.

We try to be as novice friendly as possible and will aim to have novice divisions in Extemp, Interp, OO, PF, LD, Congress and WSD.

FRIDAY NIGHT all IE events and a SPOOKTACKULAR festive time!

We welcome anyone to join our staff and students by dressing in costume on Friday night

We aim to run a fast, efficient tournament to get everyone home in a timely manner.

We are thrilled you have chosen to join us for your competition weekend.

We will strive to do our best for the benefit of all students and coaches.

We have AMAZING trophies! The food is awesome! The atmosphere is POSITIVE! Come let us show them what makes this tournament so special.

The volunteer judges we recruit are provided with training. We do charge a flat per school judging fee that we use to pay our qualified contract judges. Contract judges will be used for advancing rounds of debate. Public Forum judges will be lay judges. Coaches will only be asked to judge as a last resort...we want coaches to be available to their students and enjoy our Grand Oaks hospitality.

We will not break brackets in debate.

Grand Oaks students have the opportunity to compete and advance.

Fees will be set as of Monday, Oct 26 at 3:00 pm.

Drops a $10 fee on top of the entry fee will be charged starting on Wednesday, Oct 28 at 8:00 am. Please email me with any changes after Tuesday, October 27. If you have any questions text me on my cell phone or email me

DROP FEES WILL BE COLLECTED and BILLED to schools dropping day of competition.

*THIS WILL BE NOTED of drops happening on Saturday. Your school will be billed.
