Policy for Independent Entries into Presentation Tournaments

All Independent entries are required to have a chaperone:

-Chaperone must be an adult (18 or older)

-Chaperone must to be on campus for the duration of the tournament.  Any time the students are on campus the chaperone must also be.

-Chaperone must acknowledge liability for the students for the duration of the tournament.

-Student’s school must acknowledge that it is aware of students competing independently.  A signed letter from the school principal must be attached to this form.

-Chaperone ought to be the point person for tournament registration and communication with tournament director.

-Any Chaperone who fails to report to the tabroom within 20 minutes when requested by tournament officials (phone or email communication) will have all students named below dropped from competition and be asked to leave campus
