Judge and Coach Info

Judge Lounge: 
Location: Grose Hall 131
- there will be snacks and beverages throughout the tournament (starting around 3:15 Friday)- this is for tournament coaches and judges only 

**Meals for judges will be provided throughout tournament**
Friday: catered meal - come to information table for ticket 
Saturday lunch: veggie chili bar (vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, gluten free options all available)

Ballots / Round Procedures:

REPORT TIME - Each round's report time is ten minutes before the announced start of the round.  At that time, all coaching should stop --even if you are not assigned to judge.  You cannot start a round on time if you leave the team you are coaching at the start time for the round.  Also, it creates a competitive inequity for one team to get coaching from someone not judging while the other team's coach must move to their judging assignment.  So, again, we ask you to stop coaching at the report time.

PLEASE CLICK START ROUND WHEN THE ROUND BEGINS - this helps signal to the tabroom that rounds are in progress. 

All RFDs / ballots should be filled out on tabroom.com - oral decisions are also welcome.  HOWEVER, please be prompt with ballot submission after the debate has concluded - all ballots should be submitted before any oral RFD occurs.
