Last day to get the Discounted Rate is November 29th.   The group name to use is: Heritage High School - Debate.

 

The schools or visiting teams can call the front desk direct and say they want to book rooms for the date or dates they want to stay. Tell front desk how many rooms needed. They will give them confirmation # and ask for a credit card and form of payment. If it is schools that need over 5 rooms they can ask for the sales department, ask for Diane or Rebecca who can assist them with booking. 

 

So better to book through front desk by calling hotel or contact sales.
