THIS TOURNAMENT IS NOT USING THE EAST KANSAS PACKET OF LEGISLATION.

Each school may submit up to three pieces of legislation for consideration in Congressional Debate. Please use the NSDA legislation templates - if you have questions, ask!

The legislation you submit may be, but does not have to be, legislation you have used at a different tournament and/or submitted to a different packet.

Please submit legislation in Microsoft Word format via email to Eric Skoglund at eskoglundonw@olatheschools.org.

Our target is a packet of approximately 18 pieces of legislation, plus or minus 4. To get to this target, the ONW Congress coaches will choose among the available legislation with the following priorities in mind:
1) Equal numbers of bills from each school represented
2) Quality of legislation - potential depth of debate, composition of language, formatted properly
3) Diversity of legislation - avoiding multiple pieces of legislation on same/similar topic areas

All legislation must be submitted by Thursday, February 14 in order to be considered. We hope to have a packet published on this site by Monday, February 18.
