Arrival SuperShuttle Shared-Ride Van Service

1. Baggage Claim: Claim your luggage.

2. Check-in at SuperShuttle office: Proceed to the office located next to the airport hotel courtesy phones across from the Baggage Claim at Gate 31, 50, 60, 61, 72 & 80.

3. Agent: You will see a Guest Service Representative in the area or check-in at the kiosk in front of the office. Identify yourself to the SuperShuttle agent and provide them with your online confirmation number. The shared-ride vans depart every 30 minutes – wait time is normally 5-20 minutes. The vans load outside in the center median at the pick-up location marked SuperShuttle.

Departure SuperShuttle Shared-Ride Van Service

1. Hotel Pick Up Location: Please be ready at your hotels designated shuttle pick up location. Please ask the front desk if you do not know and want to confirm.

2. Your Pick Up Time: SuperShuttle will arrive within the 15 minutes of the pick up time selected when booked online. Please be ready at the start of the 15 minute window.
