This is the tentative schedule is for all divisions.  Novice and JV schedules may change once we know the size of those divisions and are likely to have fewer elimination rounds than Open.

Friday, November 17

4:00 pm – 10 pm:            Online registration/confirm on-site

Saturday, November 18 – all times will be pushed earlier when feasible

7:30AM Breakfast available on campus for all participants

7:45AM Pairings, Rounds 1 & 2

8:30AM Round 1

11:00AM Round 2

8:00AM Breakfast available on campus for all participants

2:45PM Pairings for first elimination round in all divisions

3:45PM First elimination round in all divisions -- last elim of the day for Open division

6:00PM Possible second elim for Novice and/or JV divisions -  TBD with coaches of teams involved

Monday, November 20 (at hotel)

8 am Second elimination round

11 am Third elimination round

2 pm Fourth elimination round 

5 pm Fifth elimination round (if needed)
