FRIDAY: Public Forum Schedule (Double Flighted)

4:15pm - Round 1 Pairings and Ballots Released

4:30pm - Public Forum Round 1 must start. Both flights must arrive at the room by this time.

5:30PM- Dinner Break. Students, judges, and coaches must remain on campus.

6:00 - Round 2 Pairings and Ballots Released

6:15pm - Public Forum Round 2 must start. Both flights must arrive at the room by this time.

SATURDAY: Public Forum Schedule (Single Flighted)

8:30am - Round 3 Pairings and Ballots Released

9:00am – Public Forum Round 3 must start. Both flights must arrive at the room by this time.

10:00am - Round 4 Pairings and Ballots Released

10:15am - Public Forum Round 4 must start. Both flights must arrive at the room by this time.

11:10am - Round 5 Pairings and Ballots Released

11:30am - Public Forum Round 5 must start. Both flights must arrive at the room by this time.

12:30PM- Lunch Break. Students, judges, and coaches must remain on campus.

1:30 - Elim 1 Pairings and Ballots Released

1:45 - Public Forum Elim 1 must start. Both flights must arrive at the room by this time.

3:00pm - Elim 2 pairings and Ballots Released  

3:15 - Public Forum Elim 2 must start. Both flights must arrive at the room by this time.

4:15pm - Elim 3 (If needed)  pairings and Ballots Released

 4:30pm - Public Forum Elim 3 must start. Both flights must arrive at the room by this time.
