Team Updates

Below are updates and additional information for teams. This page will be periodically updated, so please be sure to check here for updates as well as at https://wilmington2024.nhsmtc.org.

Please make sure that all of your coaches have registered for tournament text messages by texting @nhsmtc2024 to 810-10.

YOU MUST MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE REGISTERED YOUR TEAM(S), ARTISTS, JOURNALISTS, AND NON-COMPETING STUDENT ATTENDEES UNDER THE ENTRIES TAB AND PAY THE REQUIRED FEES TO BE REGISTERED.

Please note that if your non-student attendees want to attend events with your teams, in addition to registering them in the "Non-competing student attendee" "event" you must also purchase student all-access passes, which will allow them access to all events. You do not need to separately purchase awards gala tickets for these students.

We strongly suggest that a coach from each institution (i.e., not your state coordinator) register your institution. We also strongly suggest that all coaches register in Tabroom and that the owner of the institution give all coaches full owner access to their institution (as well as the state coordinator if you so desire). This can be done on your institution's landing page under the "Access" tab. This will allow us to make name badges for all coaches.

Adult observers must also register separately using the "Volunteer Signup" page. For Adult observers who which to attend the Awards Celebration, please confirm your attendance during sign-up. As noted on the Signup page, if you indicated you are attending the Awards Ceremony, you must ensure that either (i) your institution purchased tickets for you, or (ii) you independently purchase your ticket at the following link: https://book.stripe.com/7sIcPgcaYf7QepGdQX
