Hired Judges

All judges for 2024 have been hired and notified.

For our 2024 tournament we are recruiting a hired judge pool. Hiring priority will be given to Urban Debate League alumni and individuals actively engaged with Urban Debate Leagues. NAUDL will cover travel expenses and pay a competitive daily stipend for judges.

Applications will be reviewed with priority given to applicants who meet the following criteria:
* Applicants must be at least 1 year removed from high school graduation
* Available for all rounds of competition
* Actively judging and engaged with an urban debate league during the past 2 years
* Experience judging policy elimination round debates in the past 2 years
