Arrival Instructions

Parking and arrival:

Initial meeting and lunch and awards ceremony in Old Saint Mary's Catholic Church building at 1528 South Michigan, Donovan Room first floor, use entry door on Michigan one south of blue awning. Tournament in School Building at 1474 South Michigan. Do NOT use main parking lot, use secondary lot entrance on Wabash kitty corner from school building to the southwest. There are also paid parking lots.

Judge Orientation:

After the opening, the judges will meet in the main building classroom first floor TBD. Mr. Friess will be running the meeting.

Timeline:

Everyone should arrive by 7:30 AM and check in. Opening Remarks 7:40 - 7:50. Judge Orientation 7:50 - 8:10.

Round 1- 8:15-10:00

Round 2- 10:05-11:35

Round 3- 12:20-1:50

Round 4 1:55-3:25

Champs 3:55-5:10
