Arrival Instructions

Thursday Information - Greggton

Schools may begin arriving at Greggton Methodist no earlier than 7 am. On our Thursday competition day, Greggton Methodist offers an East Texas Food Bank by providing a drive thru Food Pantry from 11am - 1pm. As a result, hundreds of vehicles pass through the church parking area. The church is asking all school, coach and judge vehicles to park in the rear of the church (circled on the attached map) and enter into the Fellowship Hall (which will also be the student holding area). Please let all judges, coaches and schools know NOT to park in front or on the side of the church.

There will NOT be a student concession stand/meal option. Coaches will have to make arrangements for their students.

Friday and Saturday Information - NTCC

We will be housed in the Student Union Building Cafeteria. This is our holding room for students. The Tab Room will be in SUB 101. Hospitality will be in HUM 101.

Students will be able to eat in the cafeteria Friday and Saturday.

Meals are $5 cash (discount rate) or $7 if purchased with card (cant offer discount on CC purchases). The meal is an all you can eat cafeteria with a full salad bar included. Meal times for the dining room are as follows. Friday Breakfast- 7:30-9:00 Lunch 11:00-1:30 Dinner 5:00-6:30 Saturday No Breakfast Lunch 11:30-1 Dinner 5:00-6:30
