Arizona St Hugh Downs School of Human Comm Invitational

2017 — Tempe, AZ/US

How to receive online ballots

NOTE: Policy, Lincoln-Douglas, and Public Forum debate will exclusively use online balloting.

This is a quick and dirty guide. For full instructions, see the tabroom.com manual: http://docs.tabroom.com/Main_Page

Setup

1. Create an account at Tabroom.com

2. Login at tabroom.com

3. In the right hand column, towards the bottom, under "Your Account," click the link for "Link your person to a judge"

4. Find your name next to "Arizona St. Hugh Downs School of Human Communication Invitational" click the Claim or Link button there.

5. Alternately, send an email to hdshcforensics@gmail.com telling us what email address you used for your tabroom account.

To find your ballot during the tournament:

1. You should receive a text or an email (depending on what preferences you set up in your account).

2. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A TEXT OR EMAIL, you should still check the pairings online at asu.tabroom.com for the event you are judging. A very small percentage of text messages get lost in the ether.

3. Login at tabroom.com. Click your email address in the upper right corner. Your ballot should appear in the center of the next page with a large START ROUND button attached to it.

4. If no ballot appears, look in the right hand column under the JUDGING header.

5. If you still have no ballot, but you know you are judging a debate event, email us at hdshcforensics@gmail.com.
