Judges: When you receive your ballot, please click Start Round on tabroom.com and proceed to your competition room. If all students are present before the posted start time, you may begin. If anyone is missing, please wait until the posted start time; then, you may begin. Thank you for submitting your round ranks as soon as possible at the conclusion of the round. You may continue to enter constructive comments until the awards ceremony.

Students: Thank you for being good audience members in your rounds.

Everyone: Remember, no recordings of the round may occur, and refrain from texting and conversing during the round.

10:15 a.m. Extemp Prep Begins

10:45 a.m. Round 2 Begins | Judges without a ballot assignment report to Judge Lounge

12:00 p.m. Extemp Prep Begins

12:30 p.m. Round 3 Begins | Judges without a ballot assignment report to Judge Lounge

1:45 p.m.Lunch

2:30 p.m. Judges Report to Judge Lounge | Extemp Prep Begins

3:00 p.m. Final Round Begins (We will start the finals round earlier, if possible.)

5:00 p.m. Awards Ceremony (sooner if possible)

Awards will begin as soon as all of the final round ballots are in and tabulated.
