Making Payments

The Cavalier Invitational is humbled that you have chose to join us this year. While we appreciate your patronage, we also appreciate your timely payment. All fees associated with an entry must be paid prior to the beginning of Round One. Updated invoices will be emailed to schools during the tournament for those schools who may have incurred nuisance fees (drops or judge fines). Payment needs to be arranged within 14 days of the completion of the tournament on those additional invoices.

There are several ways to take care of your financial obligations to the Cavalier Invitational:

1)Check

You may hand deliver checks to the tournament, but they must be turned in prior to Round One. Additionally, if mailing, it's a good practice to send us a picture of the check in advance so we know it is on its way.

2)Credit Card

Schools may request to pay via credit card. In order to receive access to the our CC portal, please send an email to crawford.leavoy@da.org
