**Changes made 9/28 - World Schools Debate changed Round 1 into an impromptu round, and schedule was changed to reflect this.

Changes made 8/28 - In attempt to align TFA constitution and TOC requirements for a Speech Bid, a semifinal round was added to Tiger Section A and Tiger Section B on the schedule if needed.

Just Harry here. Below is a google sheet of the schedule. It's tentative and may appear kind of crazy. The key ideas are:

-Debate will NOT be swing. We don't want to adopt the hybrid model that we saw last year with debate being virtual starting on Thursday. This will be a more traditional swing.

-Congress will be swing. Novice division will also be offered at the same time.

-Memorial Speech (Mustang on the schedule): Cross entries will be allowed for extemp.

-Spring Woods (Tiger on the schedule): NO CROSS ENTRIES with TOC events. For example, if a student does extemp, that's the only event they can do because of TOC requiring 3 prelim rounds.

-Additionally, other cross entries on the Spring Woods side, is at your own discretion, Section A and Section B will overlap at times.
