The 2023 Digital Speech & Debate e-Championship will follow the rules contained in the NSDA Unified Manual (updated 4.20.2023)
A limited set of strikes will be available in Lincoln-Douglas, Policy, and Public Forum.
The petition process for rules and other tournament concerns will be posted closer to the tournament date.
