Welcome to the Sierra District Congress Tournament
The Congress tournament will be held at Stockdale HS in Bakersfield.
We will be using the March NSDA Congress Legislation (March Legislation)
Please be sure that both you and your students are familiar with the NSDA rules for Congress (High School Manual pages 34-43) as they differ from the CHSSA rules.
