A couple quick notes on Congress.

1. We are using Direct Examination for all rounds.

2. Please follow the direction of your Presiding Officers in the room. Shenanigans are not tolerated.

3. The order of legislation is as follows. You must use the correct legislation during the correct round.

R1 - Constitutional amendment to recall Congress Members

R2 - Border infrastructure

R3 - NASA lunar mining and AI military treaty

Final - Western Cape Independence and Law Enforcement Standards

Presiding Officers come to Tab at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the round to pick up the seating charts for your room. You will be responsible for taking your judge's seating chart to them as well.
