Novice Policy Evidence Set

Novice policy must use evidence from the NDCA novice packet and/or the supplemental materials that are provided here. All evidence that students can use can be found in both these folders (1 is an amalgam of all the NDCA files, an MES aff/neg, and framework aff/neg; 2 is the Utah Novice Packet):
