Hybrid Policy

We would love to welcome you to our campus in Atlanta, GA, but there will also be a limited hybrid option for those who can't join us in person.

All online entries will be assessed on a case by case basis. We will use the following general guidelines for assessing online entries — coaches should email maggiekb@gmail.com if you have students who you believe would need to attend online.

We will prioritize in-person vs. in-person and online vs. online presets as well as in-person judging for rounds where both teams are on campus.

"Advance" Online Entries
* Title I school.
* State Travel Ban or similar regulation (but we are NASSP Certified!)
* Teams that compete entirely online during the rest of the season and/or only compete in-person at local events.
* School located outside the continental United States. (Trophies may be limited due to shipping costs.)

"Last Minute" Online Entries
* Travel Disruptions — severe weather, flight cancellations, etc.
* Illness — if a student or judge becomes ill and it is in the best interest of the community for them (and their partner, if applicable) to remain at home. Unless the illness affects all of a school’s entries, it is expected that the remainder of the team and judges still attend in person.
