Purpose

This open scrimmage is meant to be for teams competing at St. Marks on October 22-24, 2022.

Policy Debate

There is a novice division which is restricted to the NDCA novice packet. All cards must be from the NDCA novice packet. Aff theory (without cards) is allowed from outside the packet (e.g. conditionality bad), as well neg theory responses (e.g conditionality good). Independent neg theory (e.g. open source) is not allowed. 

There is a JV division which is unrestricted.

Speech

There is an open async speech division. Videos are due Thursday by midnight. The round will be judged Friday, with ballots due by midnight.
