Novice Evidence

Below is al ink to the novice evidence set that is available for use at our tournament. A few things you might want to know:

1) I have changed the plan text to the cyber article 5 aff to where it actually says something. You should use this plan text.

2) You may change the taglines, underlining and organization of evidence however you would like. For example, Washburn Rural novices will be reading inherency, even though these affs do not have an inherency contention. 

3) You cannot add any new cards from outside the packet. If you read evidence from outside the packet, you will be disqualified.

4) Any of the negative arguments are fair game
