11:30 a.m. Section A (Debate) Round 2

12:30 p.m. Section B Round 2, Congress Session Two (Extemp Draw starts at 12:15 p.m.)

1 p.m. Extemp Speaking Draw for Round 2

1:30 p.m. Section C Round 2

2:30 p.m. Section A (Debate) Round 3

3:30 p.m. Section B Round 3, Congress Finals; (Extemp Draw starts at 3:15 p.m.)
