Important Deadlines

Entries will be due by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 12th to allow us to finalize our judging contracts and ensure a smooth and competitive tournament on Friday, September 16th and Saturday, September 17th.

Judge registration will be required at the time of school registration.  Schools may buy-out their judging obligation at our full contract rate ($200), but we would much rather have you provide a judge instead of your buy-out.  Judges will be obligated to judge 1 round past their last student is eliminated or competes in their final round.  Judges may be asked to judge any event, but we will try to accommodate event requests.  We will be using Tabroom.com for balloting and tabulation, so please make sure judges bring a device that will facilitate writing comments (in other words, something besides a smartphone).

We will not charge nuisance fees for drops made after the entry deadline, but we will freeze your fees at that time, so drops will result in the forfeiture of that entry fee.

We will also bill schools who drop their entire entry after the entry deadline without a special circumstance (like a hurricane/tropical storm, or some other "force majeure")  Dropping your school after the entry deadline puts the tournament in a difficult spot, especially if we have events that are near making for TFA State points.
