Registration Deadlines

**To complete your application, you must register here AND submit the electronic application forms to the TOC, click here to download them. 

TOC fully-qualified applications due:          Friday, March 15^th, 2013

TOC At-Large applications due:                   Friday, March 15^th, 2013*

At-Large recipients announced:                  Monday, April 1^st, 2013

All Entry fees due by mail:                            Friday, April 5^th, 2013

Drop deadline for refund:                               Wednesday, April 10^th, 2013

All deadlines fall at 5pm EST on the above dates.

*The $50 At-large application fee is due with the application

Hilton & Clarion hotel room block deadline:                    April 5^th, 2013†

†This is just to get the special TOC group rate.  You may still be able to get rooms at the Hilton or Clarion after this, but you will likely pay the full normal rate.

**Please note that the Hilton usually sells out earlier than the rate expiration date!
