Asynchronous video rules

All speech except Extemp will be recorded ahead of time and submitted by 2/28. 

All videos should be recorded in one take with no editing or added effects. 

Events that are memorized (OO, Info, DI, HI, Duo) should be done from memory and students should not be using notes. 

Notes are not allowed to be used in Extemp. 

Due to the lifting of the mask mandate in Nevada Duo teams are allowed to record in the same room unmasked without having to use the split screen method, as long as the district/school has approved this. Teams may still record their Duo in a split screen format.
