World Schools Debate Motions
This tournament will use the following motions in the World Schools division:
Rd 1 & 2 will debate both sides of the motion "This House would provide free universal broadband access for all Americans."
Rd 3 will be an impromptu motion.
Rd 4 will use the motion: "This House believes that drug use should be treated as a public health issue rather than a criminal justice issue."
