MORNING UPDATE:

Confidential – there was a leak of 21 patients in a single, isolated hospital.  But it’s worse than that.  Our counterparts across the globe have reported similar instances – in London, Oxford, Tokyo, Seoul, Paris, and Madrid.  All of these governments are taking the same steps that we are, locking down the hospitals and setting up quarantines – no one in or out.  But in the UK, isolated instances have been reported already in hospitals in Bath and York.  Those patients have no known contacts to either London or Oxford.

We are highly concerned and, currently, President Biden has ordered that planes scheduled to come to the US from the UK be grounded, effective at 7AM this morning.  Those in transit will be quarantined on the runway until all passengers can be examined and transported to a local military base.  They will be held under quarantine for two weeks for suspected COVID exposure.  We hope to know more by then.

We will provide updates to your Parliamentarians as they become available.  For now, we ask that all Congressmen and women remain quarantined for your own safety.
