Congress - Items 1-10 for Prelims and 11-20 for Finals

We will attempt to panel semis for state qualifying events. This may not be possible. 

There will be no postings in common areas. Please make sure that you check tabroom for postings. We will still utilize paper ballots. These will be made available in the library once input and copied. 

We will NOT break brackets in debate. 

The Sept-Oct NSDA resolution will be used in PF and in LD.
