Prose/Poetry Documentation

For each prose or poetry entry, the following forms need to be filled out and e-mailed to Michael.Fisher@pfisd.net for doc check. Please include "UIL District Doc Check" and the name of your school in the subject line of the e-mail. These forms need to be submitted no later than Thursday, March 25 at Noon.
