Public Forum debate will use the NSDA February topic:

Resolved: On balance, the benefits of urbanization in West Africa outweigh the harms.

 

Lincoln-Douglas debate will use the NSDA January-February topic:

Resolved: States ought to ban lethal autonomous weapons.
