Lunch Break – 11:30-12:00

Depending on Entries some events may advance directly to finals.

Ext Draw:

Extemporaneous draw will happen at this Zoom link (coming soon!). Competitors are expected to join the draw Zoom ten or more minutes BEFORE draw begins. For the tournament to run smoothly it is essential that this portion of the tournament be orderly and on time. Thank you for your consideration of others.

Double/Triple Entries:

Double and triple entries are allowed, but please communicate any triple entries to the tournament directly.

Judging Requirements and Hired Judging Information

You must specifically request to hire judging.  Uncovered entries will not be accepted. If you have neither entered the judge(s) you plan to bring nor requested to hire by Friday, February 17th deadline, you will be charged the hired judge fee ($150) for any missing judges.

We care about the quality of the judging panels at our tournament. We would appreciate coaches making themselves available to judge.  Thanks!
