Schedule

We will update this page throughout the tournament if the schedule changes substantially.

FRIDAY - VARSITY PF ONLY

Judge briefing - Will start at 3:20 PM.  See the JUDGE RESOURCES page (button at right) for more information.

Rounds - We will hold three preliminary rounds on Friday evening, with start times anticipated at 4:00, 6:00, and 8:00 PM.  We will not have a formal dinner break, but we anticipate that you should have enough time to get a quick bite to eat between Rounds 1 and 2, or between Rounds 2 and 3.

SATURDAY

Judge briefing - Will start at 8:00 AM.  See the JUDGE RESOURCES page (button at right) for more information.

All rounds will start at 8:30 AM.

Awards will take place at the conclusion of preliminary rounds for the events that start on Saturday.  We anticipate that will be around 6:30 PM.  A link will appear on the tournament's main page.

VARSITY PF

Preliminary Rounds 4, 5, and 6 will take place, concluding around 2 PM, after which we will proceed to elimination rounds.  Elimination rounds will pause for the tournament award ceremony and then continue.

VARSITY LD

This division will hold five preliminary rounds.  It will then pause for the award ceremony (at around 6:30 PM).  The top two preliminary round entrants will then hold a final round.

NOVICE PF AND NOVICE LD

We will hold five preliminary rounds in these two events, to be followed by the award ceremony.  

NOVICE AND VARSITY CX

Each of these divisions will hold four preliminary rounds, to be followed by the award ceremony.
