IMPORTANT NOTE: 

Novice Policy will only debate 3 rounds, on Saturday ONLY. 

Novice Policy is reserved to students who are in their FIRST year of debate. It is incredibly important given that this tournament is so early in the season that we strictly enforce this expectation. If any student has participated in more than 2 tournaments prior to this tournament, then that student should NOT be in novice policy. All students with 2 or more tournaments experience are required to enter JV policy.
