The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation is hosting the Midwest Region's Great Communicator Debate Competition on Friday & Saturday, April 6 & 7, 2018. 

Host Site: Truman High School and The Truman Library, Independence, MO

RESOLVED: The United States should shift the power of congressional redistricting away from state legislatures.
