We are excited to see you in Dallas for ADA nationals. Below are a list of logistical items that we hope will make your stay pleasant and keep things moving smoothly. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask.

Parking:

Parking passes will be available at registration. Parking is permitted in lots C, D or PS1 in any GOLD or GREEN spaces. I recommend PS1 as It’s the closest to the JSOM building where a bulk of the rounds and meals are served. Lots can be located on this map - https://www.utdallas.edu/services/download/Parking_Map.pdf

Directions:

From the Wyndham – Turn left onto Coit road to Campbell. Turn right on Campbell road to Armstrong (this is the main entrance to UTD). Turn left onto Armstrong and as it forks follow it to the right. Stay to the right until you reach N. Loop Rd, then turn left. The Parking structure P1 is on your right.

7 pm – Prefs due

7-9 pm – Registration – The Bistro, Wyndham

7-10 pm – Coaches Reception – The Bistro, Wyndham** Obviously overlaps with registration, but we want registration completed by 9 pm.

Saturday, March 10 – UTD (Buildings = JSOM, ECSN, ECSS, FO)      

NOTE: Schedule will run *ahead* if pairings can be produced sooner

7 am – Round 1 & 2 pairings released

8 am – Rd 1 start time (10:30 am decision time)

11 am – Rd 2 start time (1:30 pm decision time)

Lunch will start during round 2, JSOM 11.206

2 pm – Round 3 pairing released

2:30 pm – Round 3 start time (5 pm decision time)

5:30 pm – Round 4 pairing

6 pm – Round 4 start time (8:30 pm decision time)

Sunday, March 11 – UTD for debates, Windsor Ballroom at Wyndham for banquet

NOTES:

1)      Remember – Daylight Saving Time – clocks move forward an hour.

2)      Schedule will run *ahead* if pairings can be produced sooner

8 am – Round 5 pairing released

8:30 am – Rd 5 start time (11 am decision time)

11:30 am – Rd 6 pairing released

12 pm – Round 6 start time (2:30 pm decision time)

Lunch will start during round 6, JSOM Executive Dining Room

3 pm – First Elim pairing, bracket released

3:30 pm – First Elim start time (6:15 pm decision time)

6:30 pm – Reception and awards, second elim pairing with rooms released at end of awards. Windsor Ballroom, Wyndham

Monday, March 12 – Wyndham

7 am – Second elim pairing with panels released

7:15 am – Coin flip/side assignment must be completed

8 am – Second Elim start time (10:45 am decision time)

Elims will continue with pairings 15 minutes after last decision in each elim, 30 minutes prep, and 2:45 decision times.
