ALL events will start on the St. Mark's campus this year. 

I.E.'s and Public Forum will be Friday and Saturday Oct. 13-4, 2017 on campus.

The Sophomore Hoe Down will be Saturday and Sunday Oct. 14-5, 2017 on campus.

CX and LD will have prelims and an elim or two Saturday and Sunday Oct. 14-5, 2017 on campus. Late elims will be at the tournament hotel (Sheraton Dallas by the Galleria) on Monday, Oct. 16.

Fees lock for CX, LD and Soph Hoe Down on Sept. 3. If you drop after that you will still owe the entry fee. Escalating drop fees the closer we get to tournament start time. Entries will be released from the waiting list once we receive your fees or proof that fees are being processed. You may send this proof via email or fax (425-740-9130). We are unlikely to accept any entries in these events after Sept. 3.

Fees are due and lock for I.E.'s and PF on Oct. 1. If you drop after that you will still owe the entry fee. Escalating drop fees the closer we get to tournament start time. A copy of a PO is sufficient to meet the "fees are due" deadline.

Please book your hotel rooms early. This year we are on the Texas-OU football weekend which means rates will skyrocket and even your platinum status is unlikely to help you much if you miss the deadlines. We have an extraordinary rate of $99 for that weekend so take advantage of it. Please don't overbook and then cancel so you shut out people who actually want to attend.

We don't accept independent entries. Students should represent their school and be accompanied by a chaperone that is an employee of the school district they represent.
