We would like to formally invite you to the 33rd annual Brookings Bell Speech and Debate Tournament to be held Dec. 16-17 at Brookings High School and Mickelson Middle School. We are offering competition in humorous, dramatic, and duet, and program oral interp; novice, international, and domestic extemp; novice and varsity original oratory; informative speaking; novice and varsity LD; novice, junior varsity, and varsity policy; and novice, junior varsity, and varsity public forum debate.
