We promise to provide:

  • A great and efficient tournament experience
  • Single-flighted rounds ALWAYS
  • A judges’ and coaches’ lounge that will contend for Best in the Country

  • Helpful, responsive, and independent tournament administrators

When and Where?

The tournament will take place on February 17-18, 2017, with all events starting competition on Friday the 17th at Millard North High School (1010 S. 144th St. Omaha, NE 68154). The Public Forum and Lincoln Douglas Round Robin will occur on February 19, 2017, and information will be emailed out as teams are invited.

Events Offered?

We offer open competition in Congressional Debate, Lincoln Douglas, Policy, and Public Forum

The Milo Cup at Millard North is a QUARTERFINALS BID to the Tournament of Champions in Public Forum and a FINALS BID to the Tournament of Champions in Lincoln Douglas.

NOTE: Any coach who will be at the tournament and uses hired judging will need to make him/herself available to judge as well. If a squad is unable to cover all slots of required judging and the coach is present at The Milo Cup, the coach must be entered in the judging pool to reduce our need for hiring judges. Hired judging is going to be hard to come by, so this measure is necessary to ensure we can run a functional tournament. Judges can avoid this requirement by providing judges themselves to cover all judging obligations. If this poses a problem for your team, please contact me at awschurevich@mpsomaha.org.

Please see our posted invite for more information. We hope to see you in Omaha!
