The Rowan County Senior High School Forensic Team and Boosters are pleased to invite you to the fifth annual Harlen Hamm Tournament, which will take place on January 7, 2017 at Rowan County Senior High School in Morehead, KY. We are once again a NIETOC bid and UK TOC qualifying tournament!
