Dear Coach:

You and your students are invited to the Harold C. Keller Invitational Debate and IE Speech Tournament, on Saturday, December 5, 2015 hosted by West High School’s NFL Chapter 1677.

Registration begins at 7:30 AM, and will end at 8:15. Opening comments will start shortly after that time. There will be a judges’ meeting at 8:30 AM in the judges’ lounge. Round one begins at 9:00 AM, with the Extemp draw starting at 8:30 AM. All Extemp Draws will begin a half hour before the proceeding round. There will be four rounds of IEs and debate. We will have elimination rounds if necessary based on entry numbers. An appropriate set of awards will be presented.

Our parent’s organization will be offering a variety of reasonably priced food at the tournament and a small variety of vegetarian dishes, and we ask that you support our team by dining at the school.
