A SINGLE COACH OR JUDGE CAN CAUSE A DOMINO EFFECT THAT CAUSES HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE TO BE DELAYED. PLEASE COMMUNICATE TO ALL COACHES, STUDENTS, AND JUDGES HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO BE ON TIME AND COMPLETE TASKS IN A TIMELY MANNER.

7:30AM - 8:00AM -- Official Chaperone Check-In and Registration (schools not checked in by 8:00AM by the legal chaperone will be dropped)

7:30 - 8:00 -- Judge Check-In (schools without all judges checked in by 8:00AM risk league penalties including but not limited to dropping entries)

8:00 - 8:15: Judge Instructions

8:15 - Round 1 Pairings and Ballots Released

8:25 – Parli Round 1A Topic Announcement

8:30 – Public Forum Round 1 must start. Both flights must arrive at the room by this time.

9:15 – Parli Round 1B Topic Announcement

10:25 - Round 2 Pairings and Ballots Released

10:35 – Parli Round 2A Topic Announcement

10:40 - Public Forum Round 2 must start. Both flights must arrive at the room by this time.

11:25 – Parli Round 2B Topic Announcement

12:35PM - Lunch Break. Students, judges, and coaches must remain on campus.

1:05 - Round 3 Pairings and Ballots Released

1:15 - Parli Round 3A Topic Announcement

1:20 - Public Forum Round 3 must start. Both flights must arrive at the room by this time.
