PLEASE NOTE:  Even though we are offering novice LD, we intend to use the NSDA LD topic for ALL LD divisions: Resolved: Adolescents ought to have the right to make autonomous medical choices.

The NSDA PF topic currently is: Resolved: The United States Federal Government ought to pay reparations to African Americans.  This topic will be used in all divisions of PF, too.
