Dear Colleagues,

Cy Lakes and Cy Ridge High Schools are proud to host the Spartan Ram Fall Classic Swing on October 21-24, 2026.

The in-person portion of the tournament will be held at Cypress Ridge High School. The address is 7900 N Eldridge Pkwy, Houston, TX 77041. We will offer all traditional TFA events, and students have the opportunity to swing in ALL events and Congress. Debate events will be offered both in-person and virtually (we will not break brackets). The virtual portion of the tournament will be held via NSDA Campus on October 21st and 22nd.

In order for our schedule to stay on time, please be aware that a student cannot cross-enter in debate and I.E.s.

We can accommodate I.E. and Duet/Duo students who are entered in 2 events per section; however, any more than that is the responsibility of the student, and we cannot guarantee they will be able to make all of their events. The times on our schedule are tight, and it is always the student’s responsibility to handle their time appropriately.

Just a reminder for the 2026–2027 season: students will need to earn 14 IQT points in order to qualify for the State Tournament at UNT Denton in North Texas.

Please keep this requirement in mind as you plan your tournament schedules and work toward State qualification this year!
